This program is limited to access by healthcare workers only that are caring for in-home patients that are struggling with the high cost of insurance copays and costs of prescriptions. Through this program we are able, when supplies are available, to supply liquid drinks (Ensure) and others for our hospice patients and specialty items for those who are on special diets. We also are able to provide walkers, canes, bath seats, and bedside commodes at absolutely no cost, and so much more. These items are donated by the beautiful people of our community who have a heart for our homebound, income-limited patients who in most cases do not have families locally supporting them.
